Refund Policy

30-Day Returns
If you’re not fully satisfied with your Furiano purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming tools and opened consumables are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

How to Start a Return
Email contact@furiano.store with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. Our team will share a return authorization and instructions.
